Cost Estimation and Planning
Establishing robust cost information and reports to enable the client make well-informed decisions, value engineering of designs to maintain costs within reasonable limits.
Project Cost Control
Reporting and forecasting of final costs during the construction phase to keep the client informed at every step. Preparation of cash flow forecasts and interim financial statements.
Feasibility Studies
Supporting the client with initial cost advice to ensure the viability of the project, and benchmarking against the cost of similar projects to produce an order of estimate on a cost/m2 basis
Bills of Quantities
Measurement from 3D models and/or 2D CAD drawings and preparation of detailed Bills of Quantities using NRM 2 or SMM7 standards.
Tender Documentation and Reporting
Prequalification, tender analysis and reporting, advising on the tendering and negotiation process, and contract documentation.
Contract Management and Administration
Managing interim payment applications, variations, claims management to ensure performance in accordance with the contract provisions.
